Students and Professor will discuss the landscape of cultural journalism, and its relations with contemporary media processes, through a historical-social perspective. Cultural journalism is one of the most important segments of media activity, and its particularities demand in-depth knowledge of cultural dynamics and their diverse possibilities. The subject will address topics such as: the history of cultural journalism in Brazil and in Latin America, theories of journalism and culture, journalism and literature, Media, cinema, television and other visual arts.
